Amendment to the Allocation of Directed Contracts The SEM Committee is today, 13th August 2021, publishing a joint Information and Consultation paper concerning an amendment to the allocation of Directed Contracts In light of recent development in the wholesale power markets the SEM Committee is implementing for DC Round 16 (SEM-20-067) an amendment to how DC eligibilities are calculated. Additionally, the SEM Committee is consulting on whether this amendment shall become an enduring arrangement, pending the conclusion of the market power and liquidity workstream.
