2023/24 T-1 Capacity Auction Parameters Consultation
Prior to a capacity auction, a number of capacity auction parameters must be set. Today, 23 September 2022, the SEM Committee is publishing a parameters consultation for a T-1 auction for the 2023/24 capacity year. This will allow further competition between existing capacity and potential new investment that can deliver the required capacity competitively for this capacity year. This auction is additional to the auction ran for the T-4 2023/24 in June 2020. Interested parties have until 21 October 2022 to make a response to the RAs at the addresses listed in the paper.
