Today, Thursday 30 November 2017, the Regulatory Authorities (RAs) publish an Information Paper on the Unit Specific Price Cap (USPC) Application process. The paper sets out the assessment approaches applied by the RAs and SEM Committee (SEMC) in assessing the USPC applications received under paragraph E.5 of the Capacity Market Code for the initial T-1 Capacity Auction.
